From 19.1. to 20.1. 2023, we celebrated the anniversary of the founding of our company in the High Tatras, at the Sliezsky dom. ALES was founded in 1992 by ATM experts and continues successfully with companies in the Slovak Republic and in the Czech Republic, as part of the ICZ concern.
The employees and invited guests, among whom was the CEO of the ICZ Group – Dan Rosendorf, spent two days full of sports activities, amazing cuisine and true winter in the snowy mountains below Gerlachovským štít. Snowshoes, sledges, but also an avalanche course, an alpine skiing and relaxing wellness were enjoyed by all of us. We strengthened working relationships from Košice to Prague and enjoyed evening program. The celebration was a nice look back at the past and a pleasant start to the new year, full of interesting projects.

Commemorating the 30th anniversary of the foundation is an exceptional event for every company. The meeting of employees from the branches in Trenčín, Liptovský Mikuláš, Košice and Prague in the highest hotel in Slovakia and the Czech Republic in the middle of the High Tatras gave us a unique opportunity to slow down a little in the work pace before the other challenging tasks ahead. I believe that the ALES section will succeed in fulfilling its goals and creating a meaningful environment for its workers.
