ICZ Holding a.s. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dan Rosendorf as the new Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of ICZ a.s., with effect from 1st February 2022. Mr. Rosendorf has been with ICZ Group since 2012, most recently as the Director and Chairman of the Board of S.ICZ a.s., Member of ICZ Group. Mr. Rosendorf replaces Mr. Bohuslav Cempírek, who after 15 succesful years, shall remain in ICZ as it’s Chief Operations Officer. Dan Rosendorf’s comment on his appointment as CEO of ICZ a.s. was: “I am very appreciative of this appointment. As the head of ICZ Group I will continue our focus on developing the domestic and foreign markets and continue to strengthen the position of ICZ Group in offering state-of-the-art IT technologies, with high added value especially in cyber security and reliability.” We would like to thank them both, Bohuslav Cempírek and Dan Rosendorf, for their work and contribution to the company so far and wish them every success in their new positions in ICZ Group management.
